Operator-led business systems

We build the systems
behind real businesses.

OneTen combines more than 30 years of operating experience with modern technology to help businesses find better opportunities, protect important follow-up, reduce repetitive work, and keep human attention on the decisions that matter most.

What We Do

One important problem.
One focused system.

Businesses rarely need more software, more dashboards, or more information. They need to identify where time, money, and opportunity are being lost — and build a better way to work.

OneTen finds one costly bottleneck, builds the smallest system needed to improve it, and tests it inside the real operation before proposing anything bigger.

Find what deserves attention

Identify stronger opportunities, qualify them earlier, and stop spending time on weak leads or low-value activity.

Protect the work that gets lost

Organize research, follow-up, responsibilities, and handoffs so important opportunities don't disappear into inboxes, spreadsheets, or memory.

Automate what doesn't require judgment

Reduce repetitive research, organization, and administrative work while keeping people responsible for the decisions that matter.

The goal is not to automate everything. It is to make sure people spend their time on the work only they can do.

The System Behind the Missions

From scattered opportunities
to focused action.

Mission Control is OneTen's operating system for discovering opportunities, qualifying prospects, organizing research, and protecting follow-up.

  1. Discover
  2. Qualify
  3. Research
  4. Personalize
  5. Follow Up
  6. Handoff

Outbound messages are always reviewed and sent by a person, by design — the system does the repetitive work, not the outreach itself.

  • Operating against real market data in its first active mission
  • Built around verified information, not purchased or generic mass-outreach lists
  • Its follow-up logic surfaced three real stalled opportunities that had fallen out of view

Mission Control is real and operating. Its workflows and market intelligence are being validated before broader commercialization.

Independent Roof Intelligence

OneTen Roof Advisory

OneTen Roof Advisory helps commercial property owners understand the evidence before committing capital to repair, restoration, coating, or replacement — representing the owner, not a contractor, installer, or manufacturer. Recommendations are grounded in the property's history, real evidence, and field verification, not a remote guess.

Built and Operated by OneTen

We build more than
presentations.

OneTen's work is grounded in businesses and products that have been built, operated, tested, and shipped. Each one solves a different problem, but reflects the same approach: simplify the work, build what's useful, learn from real use.

Built with purpose. Guided by Colossians 1:10.

Operating Business

Texas Peptides

Texas Peptides is a real, operating e-commerce business — not a case study. It's where OneTen works through customer acquisition, fulfillment, and the everyday realities of running a regulated company.

ProtocolOS

ProtocolOS organizes complex protocols, timing, and product information into a structured experience — proof OneTen can turn complicated subject matter into working software. It's currently being refined as priorities evolve.

Dinner With Jesus

A purpose-driven family app built to bring people back to the table for Scripture, honest conversation, and prayer. OneTen designed, built, tested, and launched the app on Google Play — taking it from an idea through public release.

The Outside Engagement

Fix the workflow quietly
costing you the most.

Our own businesses are the proving ground — where missed follow-up, scattered information, and repetitive work actually show up, not just in a demo. A Focused Systems Build applies what we learn there to one important problem in your business, using proven patterns and discipline — not a copy of OneTen's own internal tools.

The problem may involve missed opportunities, poor qualification, inconsistent follow-up, repetitive research, disconnected information, or a workflow that depends too heavily on one person's memory.

  1. Find the bottleneck

Identify the workflow where the business is losing the most time, money, or opportunity.

  2. Simplify the work

Remove unnecessary steps and clarify the information, responsibilities, and decisions involved.

  3. Build the minimum system

Create the workflow, automation, tools, and controls needed — without turning this into an enormous software project.

  4. Test it in the real operation

Real information, real users, real operating conditions.

  5. Take ownership or continue

Once the system is working, take it in-house or define the support needed to continue with OneTen.

A potential project needs one meaningful problem, a clear owner, and access to understand it — and a realistic path to test a focused solution, not a request for an enormous platform. We prove the first system before considering anything bigger.

The Meaning Behind 1:10

More than a company name.

OneTen takes its name from Colossians 1:10 — a call to live with purpose, bear fruit through good work, and continue growing in the knowledge of God.

The One points to Jesus.

The Ten carries the memory of Maddie and the dimes that became part of her story.

Together, 1:10 reminds us why the work matters. We build businesses, systems, and products to serve people, create opportunity, strengthen families, and produce something good beyond ourselves.

Our faith shapes how we operate: tell the truth, keep our word, treat people with dignity, and remain honest about what is proven, what is still being tested, and what we do not know.

Build useful things. Serve people well. Bear good fruit.
